Eat, drink, and relax - all for a good cause! Center for Inspired Teaching is pleased to partner with Dacha Beer Garden on a Cause Tuesday fundraiser event on October 28, 2025. Buy a wristband for $20 to keep enjoying happy hour prices until 9pm - all proceeds go to Inspired Teaching's work making school better for kids and their teachers. Now more than ever, kids and their teachers need our support!

Inspired Teaching will also be raffling off a branded swag from us (pens, a T-shirt, etc) with resources about our work, a signed Jonathan Kozol book, and gift cards donated by Tryst, The Diner, and Bullfrog Bagels, Dacha boot souvenir and treats as well as sharing insights into what makes our work important and special. We'll also feature a fun (and optional) Inspired Teaching activity and ways to stay in touch with us post-event.

Inspired Teaching background:

Center for Inspired Teaching recently celebrated 30 years of making school better for kids and their teachers. We believe that the best way to help kids thrive is to ensure they have excellent teachers who are well supported with high quality, research-backed tools and teaching strategies - that’s where we come in. Using an innovative approach rooted in the art of improvisational theater, Inspired Teaching trains teachers to focus on fostering curiosity, empathy, connectedness, and belonging in their classrooms.

While most of our in person programs take place in the DC area, thousands of teachers across the country and around the world access our extensive digital resources each year. All of our programs, resources, and tools are offered at no cost to teachers.
