What Is the 250 Years of Cheer Beer Series?
Dacha Beer Garden Shaw is running a monthlong rotating beer program called 250 Years of Cheer, designed to take guests on a tour of American craft beer across all 50 states. Each month, the program features beers from three to five states, presented in the chronological order those states entered the union. The series highlights both independent craft breweries and iconic American producers.
September's selection draws from New Belgium Brewing and Beer Zombies, two breweries representing different chapters of American beer culture. The program frames each pour with a bit of history, so you leave knowing more than just what was in your glass.
