What Is Cause Tuesday at Dacha Navy Yard?
Cause Tuesday is a recurring charity happy hour hosted on the Dacha Beer Garden Navy Yard covered outdoor patio, where a portion of the evening's proceeds go directly to a featured nonprofit. Guests purchase a wristband that unlocks discounted drink pricing, turning an ordinary Tuesday into a night with a purpose.
On October 13, the event is hosted by Abby Sullivan, who is running in the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon with Team Achilles. A $20 wristband gets you extended happy hour pricing from 5–9 PM, and all proceeds go directly to Achilles International.
Who Benefits: Achilles International
Achilles International transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection. The organization provides training spaces, racing opportunities, coaching, adaptive equipment, and a supportive community to athletes of all ages and abilities.
Since 1983, Achilles International has empowered more than 150,000 athletes to take part in adaptive running and endurance sports around the world. Funds raised at this Cause Tuesday go directly to that mission.
