To mark the 250th anniversary of the United States, Dacha Beer Garden Shaw is running a rotating monthly beer program that takes guests on a craft-beer tour of all 50 states. Each month, the selection highlights 3 to 5 states in chronological order of when they joined the union, pairing a little American history with every pint. The program spotlights both independent craft breweries and some of the country's most recognizable American beer makers.
